International roaming service is becoming almost a necessity, and DoCoMo’s World Wing program offers customers access to i-mode mail and sites, SMS, and in some cases, videophone service. A DoCoMo official points out that the days of limited phone choices and options are gone; his company has a full lineup of phones that can be used overseas.
