I too had shabu shabu for dinner tonight with some strange tasting okinawan soup. The soup was ok but I wasn't really digging the cubes of spam in it.

Tonight I went to Irori Tei (sp) down in Haebaru. Had some diced steak, chicken and cheese potatos, fruit, and a nice cold glass of beer!

I'm making some Kielbasa and pork chops w/ sauerkraut, onions, potato, apples and mustard.

Anyone got any tips or fav recipes containing all these? Otherwise, I'm gonna wing it or research online.
