hello, everyone!
would anyone know about how and when to file a Shussan teatekin Seikyusho (pre-natal entitlements)? i have talked to the accountant of the company that i work for about this. she has told me that claims for pre-natal and post-natal entitlements can be filed after i have given birth and reported for work. however, i am still required to pay for the share of my shakai hoken, pension, and unemployment insurance despite the fact that i will not receive any renumeration during my pre-natal and post-natal leave. i can understand that the post-natal leave should be filed after reporting back to work. but, as for the pre-natal leave, i still think that i should be paid during these days since the days that i will be on pre-natal leave are clearly identified. has anyone experienced this before? ![]() dawn |
