OK.....after further thought and many beers, I think someone needs to "goat" them. The MPs would get a kick out of it.
BTW, "goat" or "goating" someone is similar to "mooning", but with balls. It's just that when you moon someone, you tuck your nuggets between your legs and give them a bare ass and testicle shot. Great fun at parties.
