I don't know if there's a name for this dish. Mrs. Burns made it.

Pumpkin (green Japanese kind) cut up, pieces of pork choped up, I think there was some onions and whatever else in there for taste, boiled in coconut milk.

Served with rice.

Freaking outstanding.
