The AU shop out Kadena gate 5 next to the Capital/Zion Academy has two English speaking guys who can help you. Ask for Charles or Michael.

Do you mean unlock to use with a different SIM card?

Not going to happen, unless you have that HTC phone then maybe you could find an unlock somewhere.

If you mean unlock the keys, try just holding down the clear button, but if that doesnt work call the shop social mentioned

Even if you do manage to get it unlocked, it will only work on other CDMA carriers...which I think is pretty much no one else in Japan.

Edit: I don't think it will work on CDMA carriers in the States either since the frequencies are different. GSM phones (Global Passport) may work unlocked in the States though.
