wow, lol, thanks for all the humor and advice. I would love to have trashed that apt, but I wanna stay in Japan for now, and would also like to collect my last paycheck ^_^ So, luckily my boss calmed down and gave me some reasonable time to get out. He was constantly trying to intimidate me and the other teachers when I was working there too, so why would he act any differently after firing me.

My friend Grant drove me around all day, helped me sell a bunch of stuff to Book Off and Manga Soko, and showed me a nice cheap weekly mansion to stay in. I owe him big time, if you're ever in Naha go to his bar, American Idol, he's a really awesome guy.

I heard I had a time limit, something like 60 days to get a new job/sponsor or the visa becomes invalid. So, I guess that's not true? I've got as long as the visa lasts? Either way, I'm trying to get a new job ASAP.
