Default Wifi hotspots?
Does anyone know of the closest Wifi hotspot to Kadena (off-base)? Are there any? I need something that isn't provided by Mediatti.

I always thought that Starbucks had hot spots, but someone told me otherwise yesterday.

Yeah, me too Doc, I was surprised and disappointed to not find a single hot spot in Naha Main Place a few days ago, not even at Starbucks. I was also told Mos Burger and McD's had them but that also seems false so far.

Actually the only one I know of at any place like that off base is Climax Coffee in Hamby, oh and Blueberry Cafe might (or maybe it's just ports for LAN)..

I'm sure some of the Manga (comic) cafes all over the place have them.

jiwire.com ftw? Matsumoto Tokyu Inn looks like the closes to KAB.

& McDonalds does have wifi. I was just playing Pokemon on my DS Lite there about a week ago.

I know You can get free wifi in the sunabe seawall area.
