I don't remember gas that cheap.......maybe .28 or .29/gallon.....but I do remember quadraphonic......and 8-tracks.

how about "reverse" was at the bottom?!! P-N-D-L-R.........those cars were actually before my time, but we had some old cars come into the gas station I worked at that were like that.

I also remember the sound of Triumph motorcycles (vertical twin) driving around my city!

1961 Rambler American wagon. Pea green.

1966 Rambler American (3 speed on tree) inserted. :thumbdown:

... movies came in reel-to-reel only? You needed a big white screen or wall to watch movies. It was a big family event to watch a movie.

Remember when........u had to get up to change the channel (3 total, NBC, CBS, ABC) when your old man wanted the channel changed because there was no such thing as remote, or cable, or dish and you had to adjust the rabbit ears to get reception or if that didn't work, put one of his empty beer cans on the ears to gain a clearer picture.

Remember when kids went outside to play as soon as they woke up and the majority of kids were not FAT because they played out side all day because there were no such thing as game boys, computers or hustler?:D
