Looking for Naoko Takahashi

Sorry not the one who won in the merathon but I am looking for Naoko Takahashi who whom I met in Seattle, Washington, USA in 1971 when I went to University of Washington.

The last physical address of Naoko in Tokyo I remember was something like this:

Chome
Chiyoda Ku
Tokyo, Japan

I do not remember any house/plot numbers.

I need help in locating Naoko. I have Naoko’s photograph I can send on request. If you can help me find the right Naoko, please contact me ASAP.
