Here are some names that my "spouse research" resulted in..

Sachiko - fortunate, lucky
Megumi - blessed

I've always liked the name Megumi. If I had a daughter, that would be one of my top choices for a name.

Anyways, it's for a dog. She also really feisty and strong with a good spirit. Maybe I'll look in some Japanese folklore for a name as well.

No biggie. We named our dog Kai because the kanji for Kai can also mean ocean (if read a certain way:confused:) and Kai really enjoys his trips to the beach.:D

Interesting...that's what I named my son. Same kanji too.
