Anyone got directions to these and when they take place?

The serious drag racing fan would be dissappointed in that. What is it, 400 meters? No decent burn box, no decent runout area, and off limits for USAF?

58 has a way better strip. :)

I think maybe you are confusing drag racing with drifting competitions? There are several Drift events held at the Nago track though out the year

Also 400m drag racing from time to time. I had some good footage of one a few years back...a little Cappachino tearing up most everything.

Nice to see some people still believe old wives' tales. I'm not even SOFA status and I know that it isn't and has never been off limits for USAF. Drifting at Nago is, but drag racing/gymkhana, HPDE etc are all fair game.

Then you need to research the regulation. It was posted at a local car enthusiast website about two years ago.

Reason given was safety issues due to lack of barriers. That "wives tale" was signed by the Wing CG, and many of us on this island have read it. It addresses all aspects of auto sports at Nago, in addition to illegal on-road activities.

But...whatever. Have fun with the 400 meter drag strip.
