So I posted it here because something good happened to me today.
I was excited when I got my absentee ballot.
When I voted for Obama, I was excited that I might be contributing to changing American History.
When I saw Senator John McCain (whom I respect, but not in my opinion the right leader for the job) congradulate Pres.-elect Obama.......I wanted to shout WOOHOO! out the window.
For the first time in my adult life, this election year I have been more concerned and interested about the outcome.
Today I have witnessed an extremely important part of American history, and I am proud.
Someday I will tell my grandchildren how I was alive when the first man to change our country for the better was elected, and I was alive to witness it (on "live" t.v).
This is what happened to me today that made my day!
