I am getting more than just a little bit sick and tired of all of it today, and it supposed to continue as well. Grrrr.

This morning we woke up, the raining pouring down so hard was like the day we first arrived here in May 2005. The whole week it rained like this, couldn't see anything and didn't really want to go anywhere...but having a house beats TLF anyday!!
It ruins our weekend fun with kids...but then it saves money!
Hey, I love the rain. I never want to do ANYTHING on the weekend lol.

I had a matsuri to attend. Actually work at....postponed until next weekend.
Saturdays are for recovering from Fridays. :p That's one reason I love rain.

I'm don't really mind it. Rain is relaxing and it makes me sleepy. I already took a few naps today, maybe I'll take another!

It's raining like crazy! I'm hungry with little to eat in the fridge, but it's so icky out there, I don't want to go to the store or anywhere. The lightning is something fierce too. It's a good cleaning day, but eh. It's also a good lazy day. It's dangerous for me to drive out there, but McD's is sounding really good right now... hmmm.
Oooooh, man, I could really go for some KFC (across the street from my house) but I'd probably get nailed by lightning if I left the building. heh

Now I know where you live.......well not quite but "the neigborhood" at least. There is a Mr Doughnut's nearby too right!\:-)
You got it! :) If you see a white dude stumbling around drunk out there at 5am, it's probably me. :p
This cloud cover keeps knocking out my skyperfect... I don't understand it. My skyperfect made it through that last typhoon perfectly but sometimes it won't even take a little rain without losing the signal.

I love rain, I love rain. It is great! It feels good! Especially when you are drunk and buring up. I love rain!!
Well since 12 midnight last night in Naha we have had roughly 425mm of rainfall which totals out to about 17 inches of rain.
That's a lot of friggin' water.....better not be any complaints about water shortages for the rest of this year.

They said that this is a tropical depression that is forming right over/near Okinawa, hence all of the rain.
I don't mind it though...played games with the kids all night in the house, went to dinner at a nice Izakaya, and now chillin' at the PC.
Have a Kendo tourny tomorrow with a couple of police depts. and the JSDF...should be a good way to pass the time on a rainy day!

I thought it was some of the outer bands of the storm that just hit taiwan?

If any of these formations had happened to form SW of here they all would probably have turned into typhoons.

rain is better than typhoon. but you can see in the radar pic where the swirly thing is right over okinawa. wow.
Rain is only better than a typhoon if it's a weekend. If it's a weekday, I'm all about typhoons! I don't wanna go to work!!!!

Man I wish we had some of your rain!! It is dry, dry, DRY here. luckily we came down from the 100's last week and just been in the 90's most of the time.
My plants & lawn would LOVE some rain. Sprinklers are likely just enough to keep them from croaking.
So quit bein' greedy and pass some to this direction ;)
