Ninety freaking minutes to drive from near Kadena Gate 1 to Urasoe City tonight. :cursing::cursing::cursing::cursing::cursing:

I swear to god, if there's a drop of water on the ground, the locals CANNOT drive.

Huh... You just now noticed that after 18 years?! Ha! The lack of ability to drive in the rain was one of the first things I noticed about local drivers here. They don't turn their headlights on in the rain either. It's very difficult to see those little gray cars in the rain, especially at twilight. They either drive super slow like in a blizzard or ridiculously fast, especially through big puddles. Sigh. It once took me 90 minutes to get from the American Legion to the 329, which usually takes 20 minutes. Sigh... :cursing:

Nope, I didn't just notice it. I've hated it for years and years and years and years. :thumbdown:

But this is the first time I can remember it ever taking an hour and a half to go from near Kadena to Urasoe... That's just... :cursing::dead:

Think that was bad just wait till its OBON TIME!!!!!
I've been here 18 years (about). When I made this post, that was one of the most rediculous drives I can ever remember from Gate 1 to Urasoe.

Obon starts here this Saturday and runs until Monday. Monday is the main day. Traffic will be a major pain from probably Friday through Monday.

make it an after market dvd player because the stock ones you have to have the e-brake on to use them.
