View Full Version : You have received a Warning...

I have received a PM, from DocP, with that opening line. Since he is a "Moderator", I'll take it for granted that it will be ok to share it with you. I won't post it verbatim, oh yes I will.

Dear Bones,

You have received a warning at Okinawa Japan Forum.

Reason:
-------
divulged info from a PM

Bones,

It is against the rules to divulge anything said in a PM between you and another member without that members consent. Please refrain from doing so in the future.

My point remains that the nazis were the masters of the BIG lie - you are incapable of anything big. so you slither around and spew dozens of little lies, just about every day.[/quoyte]

Yeah. And you can't even spell.

You can call people names, you can deny how he tried to gain "control' of his country, and when that one failed, he refined his politics. You can even try to use "your" logic, for his wanting to extend his term limits "as long as they were "legal votes". No hint of dictator there, as long as he has his military in place, to make sure that he wins.

I say with confidence, that you have no idea what you are talking about. If you did, you would mention the Romans, perhaps the "Saracens", the "Knights Templar", perhaps even the "Teutonic Knights", as they relate to our current life style.

You have no idea, what has happened in the "Nazi" era. I doubt that you were there. I certainly wasn't. I have felt the effects, as they pertain to my family. You have as well.

We can learn from those things that we have read. And it would do a lot of people good to pick up a History book, to see why things are the way that things are.

All that you can do, is post links, and call people names. You've even told me, via PM, that you don't want me to litter your in-box, with answers that you do not agree with.

So, am I then to ignore the "lies" that you would have the rest of the forums to believe?

Makes me wonder.
Warnings serve as a reminder to you of the forum's rules, which you are expected to understand and follow.

All the best,
Okinawa Japan Forum

This line had me laughing so hard, that I almost fell out of my chair.

Quote:
It is against the rules....
.

Look up your definition of a "TROLL", which if I remember is also against the rules of this new incarnation of the "New Forums". Please refer back to the rules that "you yourself" have shaped, against "name calling".

I remember the e-mail that you had sent me, that the "New Forums", will be coming back on line shortly. A new forum friendly to kids, free of the kind of things that plagued us in the "Old Forums".

As this new incarnation has evolved, how many of the threads are required reading for your kids? Especially the ones where the avatars of some people would get their attention in regards to nudity, vs content. Or pictures of nearly naked women, or even how their own father responds within his postings to female posters? Have your wife review your postings as well.

So my "Troll", has made a grievance against me? Or is this just something that you have dreamed up to spark my interest?

I'll heed your warning, once you "Moderators" clean up your own acts.

Happy surfing.

Hans

BTW:

You can share this with the whole community. I freely give you my permission, should it be required. I want people to know what I have to say.

If my view of things do not agree with yours, so be it.

vv, is irrelevant as is it relates to my response.

DocP, did not give me permission to post his "Warning", so if I get banned so be it.

But as long as I have a "Troll" following me, don't talk to me about rules, which is one of those things that clearly is going "against" the rules.

If you are going to warn me, about anything that I've posted, make sure that it follows the rules that you have published, and maintain those standards. Don't relax those standards, just because I do not follow your line of thinking.

This is clearly happening here.

But surely, you will come up with your own twist on things.

Rule #15: Private Messages are just that -- private. PMs, either in full or in part, are not to be posted on the boards without the expressed consent of the sender. If a member wants to share a PM from someone with another member(s), they must utilize the "Forward" command in the messaging features. However, do not abuse that feature and attempt to forward a message to a large majority of the forum as if one is trying to send a mass mailing to those who may have no interest in the information. Paraphrasing something innocent and of no concern to forum debates or ongoing drama, such as "dk told me in a PM he had the flu," is not a violation.

So what are the rules regarding "Trolls"?

Rule #5: No trolling. A troll is someone who enters a discussion with the intent of stirring up trouble. Coming into a topic with no other motive than to anger the members, moderators, and/or administrator is not fine.

Next time walk your happy ass over to the rule book and look it up yourself.

For the record, here are the forum members I currently view as trolls who are currently at risk of being banned for trollish behavior. Are you ready? Here is the list:

There, see vv on it?

'nough said.

vv can be very passionate about certain subjects and may be a little aggressive at times but I don't think he is a troll. I know I used to think that but after looking at his posts again I notice myself agreeing with him more often then not.

vv is a kinda a crybaby though. I would rather him put me on ignore than pm me to change my posts. I could care less whether i'm right or wrong. I like to have fun....and if posting shite about UFO's, Beer and Beaches is stupid, sorry, I dont really want to be in vv's so called " intelligentsia (http://http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intelligentsia) " discussions. Bacon is far more interesting to me than who the next VP will be. Because, by choice, I could care less about what happens in the States.

You are proud to portray yourself as an alcoholic, so I will try not to interfere with your raison d'être.

I am sorry for talking to you about serious subjects in our one and only chat, last week.

I think that's a little harsh, but it's not really any of my business.

I used to think that vvloc was just like TP, but I couldn't have been more wrong.

Bacon's good too :)

Don't start up again bones - just because you admitted that one of your statements was completely wacko, does not in any way address the literally dozens of documented lies you've spread and have yet to ansewer [mis-spelling intentional] for.

Go your own way, and as you said "let's move on." Do not start with me again.

Where in the heck did you dream up the inane construction 3r'd eye?

They're worlds apart.
