flights to Okinawa

Hi guys,

Its been a while since I left Okinawa, and I am ready to come back to visit but the flights this year are alot more expensive than last. Does anyone know what is the cheapest way to fly from Houston, TX to Okinawa around the x-mas season is?

Maybe catch a flight from Houston on Southwest to LAX.... then maybe a China Airlines flight. China Airlines tends to have the cheaper flights, unless you can get a special on some other airline. China Airlines does fly into Okinawa. Non USA carriers generally are cheaper, too, like Asiana.

China Airlines is generally cheaper; however, one of there planes exploded last year in Naha on the runway, there was an article on it in the JU. Beware.

Fly to Tokyo, take the bus to Yokota then take a hop to Okinawa. Won't save you much, but hey $300 is $300 right?

i travel space a from time to time, never had any problems...try not to go during the holiday rushes tho'...bring some extra cash...like for a hotel or something overnight and you should be straight..if you are really intrested pm me and i can get you the numbers and more info for where you are...i have all the amc terminal numbers and things like that...base hotels or whatever
