Just found this and thought it was rather amusing. My japanese sucks so i have no idea what they are saying.

The video was pointing out some problem area crossings and accidents that occurred due to people running red lights, or not checking if the road was clear before proceeding.

These are intersection camera's and in one of the shots, the driver "claimed" they stopped before proceeding but the camera proved otherwise.
