For the first time in my life, I hit the markets right! Though I do have realestate (not in the US) it is making positive cash flow. The rest I moved out of stocks and into cash two days ago. Yay!!!!!

Well Rach-H is a FJ (failjay) so I didn't expect her to touch on this or any other issues of importance. Just to take in people's requests, probably not play them, and then go on and on about opening your windows while you drive. I wonder if she would open her windows during a typhoon?:rolleyes:
