Yeaaaa for me! After our trip to New York this year, and walked a lot there, I've decided to give walking a try again.

Yes I have much pain, but I've not walked 3 miles on a regular basis for years. I started Sunday with 1/2 mile, no big deal, but Monday and yesterday, I pushed it to 3 miles, I thought for sure I was going to have more pain than I do now, and / or something "break down"

To sad, I'll have the thought of my neighbor who just past away last month, in my head as I walk, but can be reminded that life is short and we need to do everything we can to enjoy it while it lasts.

So far so good, wish me luck !

I'll keep you posted, w00t !

Peace!:D

LUCK to ya! I try to walk about a mile (round trip) at least every couple of days or so. I've got some minor arthritis in my hip, but some regular extra-strength TylenolŪ and some Ultram gets me through it...when I remember to take 'em, haha. GRAND-kids are my "remedy" for any pain I may experience. Halloween is just around the corner.
