I find things by just driving around.. like the face in the water at Kouri Island and Nakabaru Vestige - Ikei Island

I saw that village on ikei. Wanted to walk around more but my wife was afraid of habu's. I was looking for ikei castle but it was getting late so I gave up.

Where is this face in the water thing?

On Ikea Island did you see the lighthouse, mamasan beach. some very old ancient housing on top of hill.

I haven't found Ikei castle ruins yet. I have gone on every single street I could find there.

I don't remember it's been a long time. By the nakabaru village on one of the little stone signs with info on it they have a map. On that map it shows where Ikei castle is. I know I found the castle on miyagi island and all that was left was a pile of rocks. We had to climb up a mountain and through a forest to get to it. Then we climbed down the mountain again to get right next to the ocean. It was a nice time trying to find it.

It's a very good book! I think my buddy has been to just about every place in the book. I've been to a lot of the places that intrest me but it's always good to have a quick refereance and directions.
