Biggins’ defense counsel, Satoshi Kawamitsu, asked for a suspended sentence, saying that his client had reflected deeply on what he had done. He also has no previous criminal record and has a wife and three children to support, Kawamitsu said.

2. The problem is this is true for weed but they will piss test you and if it comes up with meth (as he did) you will go to trail.

Maybe/Maybe not. The prosecutor usually asks for 18mo hard labor. If its your first time you will get 18mo supended and probation for three years. But the prosecutor is asking for 2 years so he may do 6mo.

Thats the case my friend , sad but true ... I think its in the light of fairness... From a Lawyer , to Judge , to a bigger picture,, Without him working in this society , society will incur a debt ...Based on the falling of his family !!! Damn I'm tooo drunk ,peace:smile4:
