Truthfully, maybe twice a month, if that. I try to eat at home as much as possible, and when I can't or don't feel like it I try to go out for fish or sushi, or Soba or something not so unhealthy. I will grab a healthy bento from Jusco quite often. I love ALL Japanese food except Natto, so that helps.

Plus I rarely drink beer. I've got to a point in my alcoholism where I enjoy the hard stuff allot more. And I tell myself it's better for me so don't tell me otherwise please :)
