Hey does anyone know if there are any shops with an artist(s) working there, that turn out, or even try color portraits? I've been wantin it for a while but ive yet to find a shop out here that i trust with it

oh ditto on gate 2. Ive gotten work done at Engraved Skin up by hansen, good artists, and pretty cool shop, clean needles... and thats about it. =/

Anybody know anybody that has had any work done at "Black Ink" tattoo shop on BC street (Park ave.)? What is the work like like, quality/cleanliness..etc..

What about the other places such as Monster Ink, The big one On Gate 2??

Any info would be really appreciated as I've been out if the loop on tattoo stuff.

What about Blue? Is he still around? When I was out here in 02 he was always booked a month in advance. He does really good work too. I was a little skeptical at first since he works out of his house but it was very clean and he had an autoclave.

THE BEST place to go to on island is Blue's by McT... I've seen his portrait work and it looks just like a picture.

My friend is a regular at black ink with Yoshi. He turns out some solid traditional work, both old school american and traditional jap. I'm going there saterday matter a fact to have my chest worked on. :)

speaking of tattoos, what is the AF policy on tattoos? I ask because my daughter wants to sign up and she has a pretty good size tattoo on her wrist. I know the Marines got real strict on this but I retired in 2001 and a little out of touch on regs..... (not much use for them anymore) :old:
