Arts & Craft store, PX/BX, there are also individual distributors that often advertise in the JU classifieds.

Creative Memories has a Japaneses distribution & some of the people I knew/know were signed up as legal distributors.

As for off-base...hmmm...there is the MakeMen Stores (the ones with the monkey riding the dolphin on them.) There is also a DIY store with a Lion on it up near Kinser Gate 4. It's close to the Hotto Motto and Lido restaurant.

Jo-Ann Fabrics online store is cheap and ships to APOs. The shipping is pretty fast too. The have alot of cleareances too. I've bought a ton for my lady over the years from there.


Also that one store behind rt 58...ECBW? sells glasware type stuff downstairs...and up stairs in left cornor they have some scrapbooking supplies.

ETWS, the digital store outside of FSTR on 58....all that i can remember at the moment...warning it is a LOT more expensive than the states.
Joann and E-bay are my bestest friends
