Sunabe, or even the land fill area south of the kuko has some reef on it.

off sunabe steps is a nice area, even N mizugama but be prepped for a hell of snorkle out

IH yeah and the cave at Onna sits off to the rt more of a big tidal pool but nice side snorkle after diving

Maeda is my favorite. I've been to the seawall once and didn't really care for it. Too much trash, low vis, and not a whole lot of critters.

I would advise in the Ocean. Pools can be fun, but not as scenic. Lakes and ponds you might catch that leptoscoriasis thingy. Mud puddles have low visability. So yeah...hit the Ocean.
