You have to know one to be one. That's how the saying goes. My Grandfather was a Freemason and my Grandmother was an Eastern Star.

Not only that...you'd probably have to be rich if you are going to work for free! :D

I've known Masons to "size up" potential candidates and invite them. It does happen.

I'm sure there is alot to Masons that isn't published in print or on the web.
