registering a motorcycle brought over to Okinawa from USA

I am wanting info on registering a motorcycle brought over to Okinawa from USA. I am bringing a motorcycle to Okinawa and was wondering what kind of stuff needs to be done to register it. Mainly want advice from someone that has done it if there is anyone!

p.s. I have aquired all the documents on the Brake test and it is grandfathered in on the emissions test.

Since yours is pre 2001, it should be easy. But, go to www.ggok.com , it's an Okinawa based biker website. You will either find the info here or someone who has done it.
