It's called survivor's guilt and it sucks. It's common among warriors, police officers, fire fighters, and anyone else who bonds in the face of danger. There's really no way to "cure" it other than time and talking about it with people who understand. It will always hurt but less over time. Find someone to talk to about the way you feel, you're not alone.
