4 Wheel Drive Fun?????

Looking for places to have some 4x4 off road fun. I have been to the golf course up by Okuma. I have ventured into the area by Kadena called spyder cannon or dust bowl. I have also been to a place by Onna Village (i think that is where it was). Does anyone know of any other places to go trail ridding, rock climbing, or just a good mud hole to play in here on Okinawa?

Nah thats pretty much all there is ... maybe you can make some new trails ??? Just be careful - to many cliffs

Offroading is pretty much slim pickings around here, i got bored of offroading my first year here...you named all the same places that i know of, if you find out some more let me know...i might have to put my mud shoes back on my truck....

You made it through Spider Canyon???? What are you driving... The only things I have seen make it in there are Jimnys. Check Kin Blue.....
To give you some of the history of Offroading in Oki, It used to be great, then around 2000 everyone and thier brother began to buy Hilux Surfs and tore up the trails. The farmers and people that needed to use those trails got fed up because they could no longer get thier Kei Trucks up the rutted trails. Thats why you can find some interesting trail heads but they all have chains across them or concrete blocks to keep offroaders out.
Once again, we ruined it for ourselves....
From 94-99 I had a Pajero, and had a blast wheeling out here... I have a 4x4 now, but there are not many places left....

Cbodfishor or Anyone else, Can you give me some directions on how to get to the golf course up by Okuma. I've been wanting to go and check it out but I cant find someone that can give me some good directions. Thanks

Go out Kadena Gate 1, go right so your going North on 58. After you see route 6 take the next right. then take the first left, there will be a Electrical tower where you turn. Youll be going down a farmers road for a little while and then you will see a entrance on your right. It has a huge mud hole, follow that path and the dirtbike track is up top.
