A high school boy is in police custody, charged with stealing a woman’s handbag filled with jewelry and cash from a car in Uruma City last week.A suspicious pawn shop operator notified police after the 15-year-old attempted to peddle some of the jewelry.

Ha..I thought it was a scam too!! Poor lady she was probably kicking herself for leaving that jewelery and money in the car and forgetting to lock her car.

Still she was foolish for doing so, I don't think I'd accidently forget to lock my doors with that kind of loot in my purse...that's why I don't carry a purse....because I don't have to carry crap around that I'll eventually forget about.

I don't understand WHY she was carrying that much loot around. I mean what logical person does that??? Then leaves it in an UNLOCKED car?!??!?! Craziness!!! Total craziness!

Lady never should have left her purse like that. I don't blame the kid though he could have went about pawning that stuff better. Like pawning a piece at a time at different places. LOL!
