So, long story short, im in a reaaaallly messed up situation with my "spouse" (if you would call her that considering what shes done)
Long story short I'm being sky lined and red flagged, and i'm not the one who is a whore. I'm just trying to get my stuff, cut my losses and get out.
It has been recomended by my "boss" to look into getting some 'evidence' and 'details' pertaining to a coming investigation into unsaid (im sure you can guess though) actions.
So my question is, Can you get a PI (private investigator) here in okinawa like you can in the states? Anyone ever done it, know details, or prices, or even a phone number?
feel free to PM, reply here, or even email me. Thank you for your help.
ifukkinrule@gmail.com (its a 'new' email i made for this because i don't want this blowing up in my face)

You could place a want ad in the JU and Stars & Stripes classifieds and cross your fingers. :o I'm sure there are PIs here, but doubt any speak English.
p.s. Bummer about your situation dude. Feel free to vent in the rant&rave section. :) Good luck!

I got something going down saterday that will pretty much give me all the proof i need, but as ive said and said again, i want to cover my own ass. I dont want to get 'caught fishing' so to speak on the whole ordeal.
Bascially, shes a whore, i tried to make it work, she told me i had a chance to save "us" i loved her, and the more i found out, the more angry SHE got. So yea, a few days ago i got kicked out of the house by the MPs EIGHT minutes after getting home from work. Tell me that shit wasn't planned?
But, what can ya do right? Im young i'll bounce back. Just sucks im on accompanied orders here... i want to get back to the states. So i re upped and got accompanied orders for a little barracks whore. Hindsights always 20/20 right?
For the record, shes military as well... so yea, it just adds to the dilema.
Im the effing victim! haha...
So yea...
Nice to "meet" you guys... lol

Just leave her and cut your losses the rest of the BS is not worth the effort, don't worry about what she is doing or has done. It will not justify any actions that you may have taken (Family Advocacy will f' you up). As hard as it is to swallow you can do nothing about it, walk away and she has lost control over you and the situation, as long as she can play games with you she will. Its like Charlie Brown, Lucy and the football.......

nah man thats the thing. My command WANTs me to follow through with it because in the whole ordeal I'm the one getting sky lined and i'm the one getting put under the microscope. They told me i need to get what i can onto the record, so come time my ass is covered in the legal matters. I mean orginally i filed for a Mutual Dissolution of Marrige, and the dumb cunt has turned it into a Petitioner/Defendant Dissolution. So instead of clean cut and dry, shes trying to suck it for all its worth. (No pun intended.... slut)

It's 50/50 anyway bro. And if you both retire, none of you can get slammed with Former Spouses Protection Act. If she retires and you don't....you can scam on her retirement.

I'ld just cut my losses and be done with it. If you really need evidence get a video camera and record what she does. That will CYA if she fvcks up and does something stupid she'ld be done. DOCROB

Did you make it to the legal office first? Whoever retains their counsel first will be the one they help in court. Their office cant defend the both of you.
Also anything she did before as well as after can be used because you are still legally married. Focus on whatever will clear your name of whatever accusations she is bringing agents you first. If your seeking compensation for damages that shoud be second priority. Its a fight and you must never back down unless she is also willing to do so as well in writing.

This is a PI firm located in LA and Tokyo with services in English, Japanese, Mandarin/Cantonese, and Korean. They are reputable but I believe they are expensive. If you believe you can win with their services make sure you file a counter claim so she has to pay you for reimbursement for time and money spent to clear your name of false accusations.
It is important that all evidence is gathered in a legal manner.
I would recommend not talking in detail about this with anyone without legal counsel. I can only imagine whats going on but if she is falsifying statements just to make trouble for you then slay her if at all possible. If anything she is saying is true be warned that you may actually make things worse for yourself. Weigh your options carefully.
I wish you the best of luck!

First of all;
I am sorry about your situation. You are angry and you might have every right to be.
My point is that Karma is a bitch and it will get back to her if she deserves it.
My ex fought me for everything, I paid of the credit card, he didn't. He is still broke, I am not. It was really hard to let it go and swallow it at first, but now it was worth every penny.
It's all about power, don't let her have any.

Heck, if you have proof of anything, and she is mil too, wow take it all to her 1st Sgt ... she will get charged under the UCMJ for adultry, if you can prove it. Hopefully she cannot prove anything on you, if you have done anything - hopefully not, then you are golden. But angry spouses that know you are on to them and know you want to split might start charging up CC's in your name, taking lump sums out of accounts, and if it happens you need to MFR all this, so you don't lose out. I mean, if in the long run she gets half of the money in accounts, but she already too alot out in cash, then your really screwed. Also, I've seen people take pictures/video of things in the house, and especially video - and video a newspaper with the date on it and the things in your house, in case they/he/she decide to rampage and destroy things, or hide/steal them - Have a witness, and have them sign a MFR(pref in front of a notory) stating these items were in good condition and in your possession on a certain date. Do it fast, because if it gets bad, and you have to stay in seperate residence, they usually give the house to the female, and there she is alone, with all your possessions. These things in the long run will cover your 6 - Ive seen all this with alot of my troops, and these things have really helped them - especially if your about to destoy your spouses mil career for there infadelities.

keep in mind how smart the other person is your dealing with...if your using keylogger to access email accounts or log conversations on there computer without consent, keep in mind communications acts and email privacy....also keyloggers for that purpose can be identified as malicious software, and it can come back to nip ya if they find out and use it against you.

Man I am going through the EXACT same thing but my wife is still in the states waiting to come here and I already have my child here with me. I had proof but she found it and deleted everything I had. I just found out this week she is being discharged for "failure to adjust". Her supervision even caught her cheating on me last year while I was in Korea. The only thing is with a kid involved I still only have a 50/50 shot of being able to keep my kid here with me. Fathers have a much smaller chance of getting the child especially a daughter. Since you don't have any kids you should just cut your loss and wipe your hands clean from that crap.

I know of a guy here who is divorced, and he got custody of all 3 of his kids. As long as you can show yourself to be more stable and responsible, you should have a pretty good chance. The fact that your ex was caught cheating and discharged shows her lack of responsibility. A lot of it weighs on where your daughter says she wants to live also.
Sounds like you've got a pretty good shot at custody though.

hmm careful with the recorded phone conversations, if comes time to use them in court they could be thrown out, because recording someones voice can be illegal/inadmissable unless consent is/was given (thus you can legally video tape someone w/o recording sound, and thats legal) - but, gives good piece of mind to whom you let listen so they stay on your side with no questions asked.

Why is it that every time I see this thread come up, my first thought is the "PI" equals "Philippines." Is it just me? Do I miss that part of the world that bad that I forget that PI means Private Investigator? :scratchchin:
Maybe it's just me. Ignore my ramblings.
