Hey dk,

Is there a way you can extend the amount of time that elapse before you are logged out of the system? Twice now I have been playing a game, got the high score, but because of the time that had gone by I was logged out of the system so I got an SQL error and it didn't register my score. :mad:

Hey, hey, easy now! :) I took the "remember me" box to mean that when ever I return the forums, I would automatically be logged in. With Temp also using the forum, thought that might not be a good idea. :)

Assuming you both use different profiles on the pc at home, it will remember each person seperately. If you both use the same profile however, then you are correct!

To save face, I will not admit that we do use seperate profiles and now that I think about it, I should have known that. :)

Though I can only play on the regular sized keyboard otherwise I accidentally hit extra keys & stuff on the cramped laptop pad. I don't get on the regular computer too often.

Yeah, I'm avoiding the arcade at work. hehe. But I might play a game of word worm every now and then. I like the new games I added last night a lot more than the old games.

By the way, if you guys have any games you really want to see added to the arcade, let me know. We're limited to 1 player game, but there are thousands of them. I'm not going to add more than a dozen more, but if there's something you really want, let me know.

I'll be adding pong and chess probably tonight or tomorrow.

I'm sure there is, but is there a list or website where you are getting them from that we could check out and see what's availible? Could always do another poll of about 30-50 games or so and allow people to vote for up to 12, with the top picks being selected.

And yeah, I'm MIGHTY proud of these forums. They're EXACTLY the way I've always wanted the forums to operate. Of course I want more members, but administratively and with all the bells and whistles for you guys, it's working great.

And, as strange as it sounds, this forum is actually quite therapeutic for me. As I've mentioned in my bar post, I get bored/lonely kind of often and down on this island from time to time, but as of lately I've been in a really, really positive mood.

And it feels good to be writing again, even if it's not about anything serious. I'm more of a joker than a debater these days, as is probably pretty obvious at this point.

Glad we can be a part of each other's " therapy"

My job is pretty much dealing with the nitty gritty day in and day out, emails and calls come in 365 days a yr, it's nice to have somewhere to come and shoot the breeze and let some of that burden be lifted for a bit.

want to know what is crazy?!??! You and TP each have over a fifth of the 5,000 posts! (assuming that the admin board's post not only count towards your post count but the overall board count as well) You admin guys (drP too)would make up more than half the posts!

I know what you mean. Last night was a great way to just unwind from the week. It was really silly, but was nice to be goofy for awhile and let the week's stresses of work go.
