why would she leave her car unlocked in the first place? Sounds like she deserved it if she can't even lock her car.

One of the cars I owned while there came with a car alarm installed on it. I remember hearing snide remarks from people asking why in the world I would need a car alarm here in Oki. Guess this goes to show theft does occur in Oki as well, although she was definitely asking for it carrying those valuables and not even locking her doors.

This was not a theft, but a gift! I doubt that anything was actually taken anyway, sounds like a plan to rip off the insurance company to me!

It was a gift no doubt! Hmmm, I wish those people that lived in the "rich" part of town would give me a gift and leave the door to their house unlocked too! I could use a new TV, surround sound stereo system, and other such goodies! :)

DUH! Who the hey leaves their purse full of jewelry and loads of cash in an unlocked car anyhow. I don't care how much of a rush I'm in, if I leave my purse in the car, it's covered and the door is double checked for locked. If I'm carrying moe than the purse is worth, it comes with me. DUH! I hope she learned her lesson, the insurance company doesn't cover the theft 100%. Double DUH!

Least they could actually make it LOOK like a robbery happened....at least pretend we have some intelligence, ya know.
