Towers: Is a place provided to grill?

If you live in the towers (Kinser) do they provide a cookout area?

Yes they do...depending on where you live, there are pavilions for you usually behind your house. If not you should be allowed to grill on your balcony, or outside the common room if you're having a cookout with lots of people (it's easy to reserve, just call the housing office)...I see many people who do that.
