That article brought up the rape and alleged rape incidents, but never once mentioned anything about the Commander's plans to "crack down on crimes by military personnel" in Japan. Besides the whole "highest standard" thing, the article doesn't say much. :rolleyes: If I were to be an assuming type, I'd assume that the article was written to cast more negativity on the US military overseas and not actually report the news at all... if I was the assuming type. heh.
