Just another day of military living in a war zone and "gettin' some" -- and having a blast at it at that.

The adrenaline seems to be flowing and the soldiers sound quite excited and having fun to be killing the enemy after months/years of training for it, or after boring days of searching for them but having not found them (after all most attacks seem to be roadside bombs or rocket firings). Or at least it seems like that with the cheers in this first video of shooting at insurgents from a blackhawk helicopter:

I wonder what it sounds like on the side that is losing the firefight?

And they should cheer. Hell, I cheer everytime I see a video of our Military blasting the crap out of some Islamist extremist who wants to see me dead just because I am not Muslim and I am an American. I think they should get a bonus for each kill. I'll buy em a beer. A whole keg even. Damn good job ! I wish I could be over there with them. Cheer all you want !!!

i think this is pretty disappointing really.. calling these ppl ragheads and all that.. i hate this damn war and those guys shouldnt be over there in they first place killin ppl who are merely defending themselves from an occupying force.. yes there are some extremists but not all of them are like that seriously. if you saw video of the other side and them cheering because they killed the enemy which would be these young men you would be outraged right? this aint a video game man this is real life and this is wrong to me.

By the way, I did see a video of a crowd of people in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) cheering after 9/11. And they are not extremists. Just another group of people wondering why America has supported the Zionists all these years.

Do you base this on your own experiences? Is that how you reacted when you saw your friends get pieces of their bodies blown off? Or were you "in the rear with the gear?"

I do hope you are not a Commissioned Officer. Your leaders don't find it comical at all when Commissioned Officers exhibit "contempt" for either policy or elected officials.
