Have you ever tried jimamidofu?

Tonight was the first time I have ever had jimamidofu (though I may have had it at an izakaya before). It is tofu but made with peanuts. Man, that was delicious.

For those of you who like tofu and peanuts, you will probably love jimamedofu. You can get it at most big supermarkets, such as Ryubo or SanA.

Make a point to try it and post back here telling us what you think of it.

Perhaps some of you have already eaten it; if so, do you like it?

It is very tasty. My kids love it. But some people have to be careful if they buy it and cant read it. They might have that peanut alergy.

I like that sauce that is usually packed with it. Thick, sweet soy flavored.
