I nice izakaya or bar on Kokusai-dori. Preferrably not too smokey with decent food.

Name even with a few directions/landmarks would be nice..

North side (Mitsukoshi side) of Kokusai dori, about halfway between Palette Kumoji and Makishi station. It's a fairly big place and well lit, but maybe easier to find by walking the other side of the street.

I 2nd that! :first: nice place not too smokey (not sure how it is with the smoking ban) but definatly good tako, and beer.
