If you are SOFA status (military), then you should be able to file a claim with the government. I would think that Monday there will be a meeting on KAB explaining what you need to do. Listen to the radio and if you don't hear something, call the SP's and ask them.

Once you file a claim with through the base it take a while to process. My car was parked and was hit buy someone driving a gov. I filed a claim and they said it could take up to 6 months. But it only took about 2 months, but thats because it was easy to see that it wasn't my fault.

Ok so first step would be to go to the military police, right? I have to go make my first car payment on my car tomorrow so will ask BC Motors more about the insurance policy I have ect! I am so hurt and can't believe my car is already ruined! Just thankful it wasn't worse!

Did you get the answers you needed? If not, send me a PM and let me know what service you are with. I have the numbers you need. I don't want to post them here though.
