do you need to get any kind of license or permit? or can i just get a pole and bait and go fish wherever i find water? is there any freshwater fishing on the island? what about fly fishing, is it even possible here?

no license required just grab a pole and bait and go for it. there are acouple of fresh fishing places but IMO not worth it

I agree. There's not much for freshwater. Most times though, the deep water fishing more than makes up for it. Fly fishing??? :eek: Nothing here for that, unless of course you want to put out a fly trap then you could probably catch ALOT of fly's. :D

No real freshwater fishing here on Island. If you catch a Hop over to Korea they have some really good streams for fly fishing, and also lots of freshwater places! One of the sites for that is www.anglerstown.com
