After talking to people involved in the "gang rape" incident in Hiroshima, and collecting some of the facts in the case, I have one question:
Ever hear of BangBus (Hiroshima, in this case)?
After showing the video, police had no choice but to drop the charges. Unfortunately, the video that saved them is going to take them down. For fraternization and conduct unbecoming...
How ironic.:crying:

Yeah, taking the cell phone constitutes rape! At least that's what the Japanese woman said in LA! I think the purse just gets you sexual assualt.

Agree to a point, but ironic to me tends to imply that one feels sorry for the guys involved whereas poetic seems to imply that they are getting what they deserve.

I always feel bad when things blow up like that.
She said one guy wouldn't stop being "rough", so she went to police. I guess he'll soon learn...or not, which is why they're all in the situation that they are.
Poetic is good too. Reap what you sow type of deal.

U.S. Marine sentenced to 2 years in prison for 'wrongful sexual contact'
A U.S. court-martial sentenced a Marine to two years in prison Friday, the day after finding him guilty of ‘‘wrongful sexual contact’’ with a Japanese woman in Hiroshima last October.
Military judge Maj Charles Hale, who presided over the court-martial at the U.S. Marine Corps’ Iwakuni Air Station in Yamaguchi Prefecture, also gave the Marine, a 20-year-old lance corporal, a dishonorable discharge. He was 19 at the time of the incident.
The Marine’s prison term is expected to start in October as he pleaded partially guilty in plea bargaining with the prosecution and the term of his detention so far is to be counted in the prison sentence, military experts said.

I got no idea about the video. Could I get some details please?
Hey, I will tell you all straight up; I like my sex rough. But I have the sense to 1) establish a relationship first 2) take her to a hotel or my place 3) have a few sessions to ensure she is good with the rough sex and 4) not have a go after one of my buddies without being ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that the woman is keen.
But to take a young woman to a dark parking lot with three other guys, and have sex with her for the first time ever and rough her up and take her stuff? Whatever such an absolute selfish dumba$$ of a human being gets charged with, they deserve. They have put themselves in a spot where figuring out WTF happened for sake of justice is darn near impossible. Unfortunately, I dont think they will be learning a thing about respect in prison, nor what kind of a situation calls for pulling your buddy off a chick.
