Golf anyone?

Do we have any golfers in here? I like to play, but often I find that I have trouble finding someone to go with me. Nothing worse than getting tossed in with a 2 or 3 some of randoms. Anyone in here play?

I'm just looking for some people interested in playing. You don't have to be good. I'm by no means a great golfer, I just hit my first par ever last week. So if you like to play then post here and maybe we can get a round or two going.

Doc used to play everyday, even built his own clubs...but has trouble getting out there now. Still hit practice balls quite often. Maybe he should start back up again.

Doc started a few weeks ago as part of a study he was performing...then decided he liked it...but now that socal mentions it maybe he can get some money from the gov't for making him crazy during the lockdown!

I like to play at Okuma....stinking drunk. The object of my game is not to hit those things called "pars" and "birdies" and and "fairways" and such, but to see how many balls I use. We usually start off with 10 balls each. It is also more fun to start at the 9th hole and work you way back. Yeah, I know it pisses some of the other golfers off, but hey, it's just a game right? The person with the most balls left and the least beer remaining wins.
