Returns/Exchanges?

how you you say return in japanese?
see i bought these curtains and they arnt long enough, so i exchanged them, the girl when i went earlier spoke a little english, well i brought the new ones home and they are marked wrong, i think, and i need to return them again, i'd like to know how to say return or exchange.

also, the curtains i bought yesterday said 100cm x 200cm thats 100 wide and 200 long correct? i think i need 230 long for my sliding door, but the ones i just bought said 230 (they were a re-pack) and they are just as short as the 200's i bought yesterday.

Keep in mind that many places off base won't accept returns and some require you to do them within a certain amount of days. It's not as easy as it is at AAFES. I would head over ASAP to do it to be safe....Good luck!
