I'm willing to bet that he beat the Japanese charges by admitting to the forced kiss. Now, I'm also willing to pontificate that he'll be facing UCMJ sexual assault charges. I don't think he'll beat this one completely, the incident caused too much trouble on the international level for him to be allowed to just walk away. Thoughts?:old::old:

Fonze the reason the police let him go is because the family requested that the charges be dropped. If no one files a complaint in a case like this, the police can not prosecute.

It doesnt mean he isnt guilty, it just means the family reconsidered.

I do firmly believe that if any physical evidence discovered lent any credence to the actual rape allegation, then if would be game on, full speed ahead, irregardless of the girl's and/or her family's wishes to drop the charges.
