Not on Okinawa, this is a freakin joke. Maybe I should have used GI Bill Pay system, but then again it doesnt solve the trash bag issue. Looks like I will be joining DougP with the protest crowd. Depending on where you live off base you have to get trash bags with that villages name on it for all types of trash that require a special bag. :thumbup1:

That depends on your housing agency. If you live in an apartment complex, you might not have to use those bags. I pay a monthly trash fee and I can use normal bags, as long as they're white or clear.
