Military and other SOFA personnel are invited guests? Really?

Let's see the US Military is here because the Japanese signed a treaty saying they would not have a military capable of starting a war.

The US Military is here as their military.

They military is ordered here?

So how are they guests?

The American Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines are willing to die if nee be to defend Japan and they are not even Japanese.
