If I write down your Y-plate license number, do not attempt to hamper my efforts. In addition, if I ask you for your ID card, you must remit at once. We are working under the authority of USFJ/A1 and consider any offense punishable under the full regulation of the UCMJ.

Undercover members of our staff will be out this weekend in all popular locales on Okinawa. Do yourself a favor and stay inside or risk punishment. We are not sure how long the ban will last...
