I know it's not any consolation to the recent incidents that have taken place there in Okinawa, but they sure have generated quite a bit of posting lately with many new members coming out of the wood work!

It's just too bad it took something of this magnitude.

Lol, it's a sad but true thing. Like the saying goes, "Any publicity is good publicity". Hopefully some of these people will stay for the long haul and offer up something for the forum. If not, oh well. The same 12-15 posters will keeping doing it anyways. :D

pretty sure we will lose about 80% of them when this blows over unless they like to spar with the rest of us, or gamble which i do frequently:D

I don't think the military community will let us down for too long before they help us out again with forum membership.

Hahaha, although I've been here for nearly 10 years now, I am one of the new members who registered for this forum today! I plan to remain on island and as a forum member for "the long haul!"

That always happens to me Muku. You still have good intentions though, and are a decent human.
