Understatement of the day...

At a separate news conference, Fumio Kishida, state minister for Okinawa and Northern Territories affairs, expressed displeasure with the United States, saying he does not think U.S. forces have taken full measures to toughen discipline and prevent a recurrence of misconduct by troops.

Um, ya think?!

Um, Yeah, too bad it's not a perfect world.

Where nobody did anything bad, and we all got along. Wouldn't need the military and police or anything else.

This is just a roll off of something that happend two months ago, these guys are out in town in jail now he is one of three that were caught..This is old news that was prolonged just enough.......

Funny, I didn't think the military was able to recruit ignorant fifth-graders!

After all, that was the last time I can remember actually contemplating the awesome lifestyle I could live if I could just counterfeit some money!

too much war i guess they will take what they can get nowadays.

just like Army basic training....you dont have to pass the PT requirements to pass thru boot camp now........because they need more bodies
